Warranty
HHO Tek™ provides a lifetime warranty on all products that do not have electrical components. Electrical products have a warranty of no less than 5 years on parts and lifetime on labor.
Guarantee
HHO Tek Products come with a 90 day money back guarantee. This does not apply to dealers.

Shipping Policies
We keep our shipping charges as close as possible to actual cost, and we never add extra handling charges.
We ship orders within 3-5 business days.
We ship items by US Postal Service and by UPS. Customers may select their shipping option upon checkout. Delivery times of packages sent through the US Postal Service vary depending on your location relative to North Carolina. For example, Priority Mail usually takes from 1 to 5 business days in transit. Note that US Postal Service only guarantees the delivery time of Express Mail. Other mail classes can take longer, particularly at busy times of the year. UPS Ground delivery times vary from 1 to 6 business days. All UPS delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays in the calculations.
Free Shipping
From time to time, HHO Tek offers Free Shipping on orders within the United States based on the subtotal amount.
Shipments are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
International Shipping
All currency amounts on our site are in US dollars.
Shipping costs stated do not include fees or taxes, duties, or VAT that may be assessed by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; HHO Tek has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.
It is against the law to misrepresent an item or an item's value in order to avoid customs fees.
We will not declare a shipment for customs purposes as a "gift".
If USPS is chosen for the shipping method you take full responsibility for your package once it leaves our warehouse. We are not liable for items lost/stolen/seized by customs or not allowed into your country. If your package is refused in any way, or seized by your local customs, you are not entitled to a refund. There are no refunds for any reason on orders shipped outside of the United States via USPS. If you choose UPS as your shipping method you will receive tracking and insurance to protect you from lost or stolen items. We recommend UPS for all international orders.
